MISSION
The mission of Integribuild is to provide unparalleled, construction-specific ethics training programs and related support services and consultation that helps those involved in the construction industry elevate their credibility, marketability, and profitability while decreasing their risk of having unethical behavior damage the brand image of the company or tarnish the reputation of the leadership.
We'll do this by creating and maintaining a de-facto industry standard that is considered, throughout the United States, to be the primary "seal of approval" purchasers look for when selecting contractors for their projects.
HISTORYThe principle founder and current president of Integribuild is Rick Bishop, an experienced industry participant who has also served as a national practice leader and management consultant with the FMI organization.
After leading his own construction business for nine years and then exploring the cultural and leadership dynamics of hundreds of contractor organizations around the United States and Canada, Rick started Integribuild. The venture was begun, after much research, entirely because there was no perceived effort to elevate the image of the industry by propagating an industry-wide set of ethics and business practice standards.
After encouraging interchanges with such industry notables and Bill Hoy at Marriott, Jerry Jackson and Hoyt Lowder with FMI, Norbert Young with McGraw-Hill Construction, Jimmy Gill at Louisiana State University, Bruce D'Agostino with the Construction Management Association of America, Gordon Marshall with Pepper Construction and the Construction Financial Managers Association, Integribuild was launched.
